Night Watch Outfitters was launched in January 2026 with one clear purpose: to create apparel and gear that represents the men and women who serve as first responders.

The company was founded by someone who understands first responder life from the inside out. The journey began behind the console as a 911 dispatcher, serving as the first voice on the line during emergencies. That experience led to a transition into the EMS field, gaining firsthand experience in the realities of emergency response beyond the headset. Today, the founder works full time in the EMS field, continuing to serve on the front lines.

Night Watch Outfitters was built from lived experience—long nights, high-stakes calls, quiet moments after the chaos, and the shared bond across all branches of public safety. We exist to represent all first responders, including dispatch, EMS, fire, law enforcement, and those who support emergency services behind the scenes.

We design and offer apparel, patches, and novelty items that reflect professionalism, pride, and the unique culture of public safety. Every product is created with respect for the job, the responsibility it carries, and the people who show up day after day—especially when no one is watching.
